SOLO ALQUILER TEMPORARIO (Máximo 3 meses). El depto tiene todos los servicios incluidos más ropa de cama, toallas, WIFI individual, Tv x cable. Además de un servicio de limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas cada siete días en estadías mayores a 7 días. El edificio tiene seguridad las 24hs, piscina climatizada, gym y sauna (Consultar disponibilidad por restricciones por la pandemia).
Al ingresar se debe exhibir DNI o PASAPORTE de todos los huéspedes. Sólo disponible para personas mayores de 12 años. El pago total de la estadía es por adelantado, más el pago de un depósito de seguridad que se devuelve en el check out. Las estadías de 15 días o más deben abonar un mes de depósito de garantía al ingreso. Al hacer la reserva los huéspedes aseguran aceptar todos los términos y condiciones de Hospedar. Capacidad máxima 6 huéspedes. No apto mascotas.

ONLY TEMPORARY RENTAL (Maximum 3 months). The apartment has all the services included plus bedding, towels, individual WIFI, cable TV, and cleaning service and change of sheets and towels every seven days, for stays longer than 7 days. The building has 24-hour security, a heated pool, gym, and sauna (Check availability for restrictions due to the pandemic).
When entering, all guests must show their ID or PASSPORT. The holder of the reservation must be over 21 years old. The total payment of the stay is in advance, plus the payment of a security deposit that is returned at check out. 15 days stays or more must pay a one-month guarantee deposit upon entry. When making the reservation, guests ensure that they accept all Hospedar terms and conditions. Maximum capacity 6 guests. Not suitable for pets.
